Hello!

On my brother's birthday, I made his favorite dish, Paella!!!

Here are the recipe!

4 Chicken Breast

2 tbsp Salt

2 tsp Black Pepper

½ cup Olive Oil

1.5 cups Chopped Onion

¾ cup Chopped Celery

5 tbsp Chopped Garlic

3 cups Smoked Sausage

1.5 cups Rice

1.5 Peeled Tomato

1 tbsp Hot Sauce

4 Bay Leaves

3 cups Chicken Stock

Salmon (one pound)

24 Mussels

Shrimp (1 pound)

Materials:

A large frying pan

Grill

Knife

Cutting board

Spatula

Directions:

1. Preheat the Grill to 450 degrees.

2. Sprinkle the salt and pepper over the chicken and mix well.

3.Put pan on hot surface and pour in the olive oil. Let warm and add the chicken.

4.Cook chicken ~10 minutes, stirring frequently until browned. Remove chicken with a straining utensil and place in a covered dish to keep warm.

5. Add Onions, Celery, Garlic and bay leaves. Mix in well and let simmer for 2 minutes.

6.Add the chicken stock, tomatoes and rice and bring to a low boil. Cook for 20 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes.

7.Add Salmon, mix in well, and cook for 3 minutes.

This is a dinner and a party dish. The recip is from my mother. When she visited a friend who lives in Spain, she ate many kinds of Paella. Since she loves cooking, she made her own recipe. If you prefer spicy ones, you can add red pepper in it. 1 or 2 will be the best. If you like mild ones, you can add a cup of milk!!

Thank you for reading.
