Easy and healthy Chocolat Ice Tart

This time, I made an "easy and healthy chocolat ice tart"!! Below are the recipe.




First, these are the ingredients and materials you need to prepare.

Ingredients: 

Silken tofu 100g​

Sweet sake 200g​

Coconut oil 50g​

Cocoa powder 50g​

Favorite toppings




Materials:

Whisk​

Bowl​

Container​

Plastic cups




Here are the directions.

1. Mix tofu, sweet sake, and coconut oil in the bowl.

2.Add cocoa powder and mix it again until it gets sticky.

3.Put it in small cups.

4.Put it in the refrigerator for a few hours.

 5.Take it out from the refrigeretor and add your favorite toppings!


This is not just a chocolate, it's an ice cream!!! The best timing will be when you want to eat sweet things when your tired:) Adding toppings must be fun and also cute.

I love sugar, so I wasn't expecting much when I first made this because it has no sugar.However, it was sweet and also delicious even without sugar. Sweet sake made it sweet, and coconut oil made the smell very good. If you don't freeze it in the refrigerator, you can eat them as a pudding.
